We maintain sufficient inventory levels for quick shipment to customers.The company was founded in 2012. The main activity of the company is the development and production of high-performance brake systems for cars and motorcycles. We produce products under our own brand, as well as under the customer's brand. We also produce products for various industries (automotive, oil, medical, aviation and others) by customer orders. We work with various materials: alloy and heat resistant steels, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, bronze, brass, copper, nickel, plastics. Only modern machines are used in production: 4 and 5 axis milling, turning, turning bar machines Swiss Type, equipment for heat treatment (hardening, normalization, high-frequency heat treatment, chemical-thermal treatment, including boron treatment). The new direction of the company is the development and production of high-precision, but inexpensive milling machines based on the principle of AI. In 2019, 6 machines of this type were produced and shipped to customers. One of the machines operates in our production. For 2020, the company plans to master the production of carbon products, including carbon-ceramic brake discs.
